Atom 1.0 has landed

Well, very nearly, though not entirely yet.

The Atom 1.0 draft is here.

What’s left is that the namespace URI will change to one in the W3C space, and there may be a few editorial changes.

But for all intents and purposes, this is it. About time too, I say.
