alien-silk: another iteration

alien-silk is one of my two themes for pekwm.

I just finally got bothered enough to spend the time to rev it from its pekwm 0.1.3-based incarnation to match the current 0.1.4-pre2 release of pekwm, which yielded a very long mail to the developer mailing list and the first pleasant theme for this pekwm version that I’ve seen so far. Now that I’ve worked with the new format I understand why all the other themes suck so bad. The format changes are nice, but there is more restructuring to be done before the format is good.
