The Browse Happy Information Bar

I just found out about the Browse Happy Information Bar, a little gizmo webmasters can inject into their sites to advertise alternative browsers to Internet Explorer users.

It looks just like other information bars provided by the browsers.

It does make me wary that one can so accurately spoof these bars with very little XHTML+CSS work. When will we see the first phishing attempts exploiting this interface element?
